✓  This villa has parking for two vehicles in the parking area. 
✓  Host will provide parking passes for two vehicles. Passes must be left on the dashboard during your stay.
✓  Please park in designated parking areas only.  Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
✓  The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
✓  Pool does not have lifeguards on duty or safety equipment, swim at your own risk. The pool closes at 10:00 pm.
✓  The Courtside pool is open seasonally from April 1st through October 31st
✓  Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights. 
✓  Pets are not permitted at the Courtside community, please plan accordingly.
✓  The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
