✓ This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. One paid car pass is included with your reservation.
✓ Please contact your Host 1 week prior to arrival to purchase additional car passes at $17.00 each per Sea Pines.
✓ 4-night minimum stay is required from 8/19/23 through 5/24/24
✓ 7-night minimum stay is required from 5/25/24 through 8/24/24
✓ Please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
✓ Pool does not have lifeguards on duty or safety equipment, swim at your own risk.
✓ The Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $200/day. Please request pool/spa heat by contacting the host 1 week prior to arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
✓ Beach Access can be found at the Sea Pines Beach Club: Located at 87 N. Sea Pines Drive, this is Sea Pines Resort’s organized beach access for the community. Parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club is reserved exclusively for Sea Pines property owners during the season (April through Labor Day) between 8am and 3pm. During the season you would catch the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley service to the Beach Club. Otherwise, renters can park there after 3:00pm. Off Season renters can park at the club without limits. The beach Club features three restaurants including Coast, Oceanfront Dining and restrooms.
