✓ This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines. A car pass is required for every vehicle.
✓ One paid car pass is included with your reservation.
✓ Please contact your Host before arrival to purchase an additional car pass for $20.00 per week. 
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓ The spa can be heated for $125.00 per day. The pool can be heated for $150.00 per day.
✓ Please order pool & spa heating ahead of time to make it ready for your arrival.
✓ The fireplace is not for guest use due to liability.
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
✓ Pets are not allowed. Please plan accordingly.
✓ Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
