✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. 
✓ The property does not allow pets; please plan accordingly. 
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
✓ The 16' x 28' kidney-shaped pool does not have safety equipment; swim at your own risk.   
✓ The pool and spa heating is available for $100/day. Request it at least 1 week before arrival. Note: the pool heats up to 20°F above the lowest nighttime temperature.
✓ Beach access is a 5-minute walk from marker 26 via the path behind the pool. For beach chair and umbrella setups, contact Shore Beach Services.
✓ Beach access at Sea Pines Beach Club (87 N. Sea Pines Drive) is reserved for property owners during the season (April–Labor Day) from 8AM–3PM. Renters can use the free trolley or park after 3PM and have unlimited parking off-season. The Beach Club offers restrooms and three restaurants, including Coast and Oceanfront Dining. 
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island has planned a beach renourishment project for 2025, with the beach area next to the home expected to be impacted some time from June through October.
