✓  This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. One paid car pass is included with your reservation. 
✓  Please contact your Host prior to arrival to purchase additional car passes at $17.00 ea per Sea Pines. 
✓  Pets are not allowed
✓  Please park in designated parking areas only.  Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
✓  The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
✓  The 16’ x 28’ kidney-shaped pool does not have safety equipment, swim at your own risk.
✓  The Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100/day. Please request pool/spa heat by contacting the host 1 week prior to arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature. 
✓  The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25. 
✓  Beach access is at marker 26 and is a five minute walk on the walking/bike path accessed behind the pool.  Contact Shore Beach Services at (843) 785-3494 if you are interested in having beach chairs and umbrellas set up and waiting for you.
✓  Beach Parking can be found at the Sea Pines Beach Club: Located at 87 N. Sea Pines Drive, this is Sea Pines Resort’s organized beach access for the community. Parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club is reserved exclusively for Sea Pines property owners during the season (April through Labor Day) between 8am and 3pm. During the season you would catch the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley service to the Beach Club. Otherwise, renters can park there after 3:00pm. Off Season renters can park at the club without limits. The beach Club features three restaurants including Coast, Oceanfront Dining and restrooms.
