The place its cozy, felt like home. It is fully stocked with everything you need. The first abnb place where we had fresh towels for every day per guest, that was a treat, Thank you!!!! Clean and cozy sheets!! We requested more coffee pods for the Keurig and the host was very kind and accommodating, they delivered that in 10 minutes after we requested them.
We were able to use the Shipyard club house beach entrance at the Sonesta resort, very easy access and comfortable and private. The porch was a treat as well so quite and the views were stunning! Will definitely come back again! We loved it!!! We visited the Palmetto Dunes beach thru the Dreassen Beach Park public beach access super nice and very accesible boardwalk, only a half a mile walk with showers and bathrooms, the ride is only 10 minutes from Shipyard. Restaurants in the area plenty.

193 Evian was lovely and exceptionally clean. The Evian neighborhood is a great place to stay in Shipyard. We were there for 4 weeks and could have stayed another 4.

The townhome was beautiful, spacious, well equipped and easy to stay. We felt at home and loved we could bring our dog. It rained most of our stay, and we were able to find lots of indoor things to do or watch a fun movie with some popcorn. It’s awesome!

Great vacation! Location was close to private beach and local restaurants with plenty to do all within 10 minutes. Quiet and secluded with a private balcony, the condo was relaxing and comfy. Definitely recommend for the price!

This was an absolutely wonderful stay! I am a frequent visitor to the Island and this was by far our favorite. The place was immaculate and beautiful! Perfect location and the host was very responsive and accommodating! I would choose this place again in a heartbeat!
