✓  This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 
✓  1 paid car pass is included with your reservation, please contact your Host prior to arrival to purchase additional car passes for $28.00 each. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed.
✓  Starting October 1st 2024, extra parking passes will be $35.00 for the week long reservations. Prices vary depending on the length of your stay. Please reach out to us for additional information.
✓  Please park in designated parking areas only.  Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
