Each of the five bedrooms offers its own private ensuite retreat. The first floor king suite provides an easy, accessible option, while the second floor features two more bedrooms, including a queen suite with a private balcony and a king suite with a jet tub and scenic views. ✓ The total number of vehicles allowed is 8. 6 are allowed in the driveway, and 2 are in the garage.
✓ Please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park off-site on the street, grass, or pine straw. 
✓ The private pool is 7' X 18' with a 5' diameter spa. 
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓ The Pool can be heated for an additional $100/day. Please order pool & spa heating ahead of time to make it ready for your arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
✓ PET POLICY: 1 dog 60lb or less, or 2 dogs where their combined weight does not exceed 100lbs is allowed.  There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 for up to 2 dogs.
✓ Luggage Elevator, while not ADA-compliant, is useful for luggage and avoiding stairs. PLEASE NOTE: the elevator is temporarily out of order. We are working on a repair plan and time right now.
✓ Minimum age to book this property is 25. 
✓ Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
