✓ Minimum age to book this property is 25.
✓  The total number of vehicles allowed is eight, six are allowed in the driveway and two in the garage. The town of Hilton Head Island prohibits parking on the street or unimproved surfaces such as grass or pine straw.
✓  One dog allowed up to 60 pounds. A $300 non-refundable pet fee required.
✓  Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
✓  The private pool is 7' X 18' with a 5' in diameter spa. 
✓  Safety equipment for the pool or spa is not included,  swim at your own risk. 
✓  The Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100/day. Please request pool/spa heat by contacting the host 1 week prior to arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
✓  4-night minimum stay is required from 8/19/23 through 5/24/24
✓  7-night minimum stay is required from 5/25/24 through 8/24/24
