Inside, the open-concept living spaces are bright and welcoming — designed for the whole group to move freely and gather naturally. The fully equipped chef's kitchen with a gas range makes everything from lazy morning breakfasts to big family dinners feel effortless, while the dining area seats 10 with additional bar seating for five at the island. Multiple living rooms and Smart TVs mean there's always a cozy corner to retreat to after a day on the island.

Designed to sleep up to 14 guests, the home features two king suites — including a primary suite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower — four additional queen bedrooms, and a bunk room that kids will love. ✓ Street parking and parking on grass or pine straw are prohibited by the town.
✓ This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. One paid car pass is included with your reservation. Please contact your Host prior to arrival to purchase additional car passes.
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
✓ This house does not allow pets, please plan accordingly.
