DESCRIPTION

Nestled within the prestigious Palmetto Dunes Resort, this pet friendly retreat is a cozy family sanctuary designed for gathering and relaxing in equal measure. With a private pool and spa, an inviting loft above the living room, and a playful bunk room, this home comfortably hosts up to 14 guests, with beaches, golf, and endless adventure just a 10 minute walk away.

Inside, natural light pours through three separate living areas, giving everyone in your group a place to unwind. The main living space offers a cozy sectional and armchairs with easy access to the pool deck, while a loft above provides a quiet reading nook, and a second floor living area adds a cozy sectional and Smart TV for movie nights. With multiple Smart TVs throughout, there's always a spot for the group to gather or a quiet corner to retreat to.

The elegant kitchen makes preparing meals a pleasure, with stainless steel appliances, generous prep space, and both Keurig and standard coffee makers to start the morning right. A spacious dining room seats seven, with room for more at the kitchen nook, making it easy for the whole group to sit down together before heading out to explore Palmetto Dunes.

On the first floor, the primary king suite offers a peaceful retreat with access to the back porch and pool, along with a luxurious en-suite featuring a walk-in shower and double vanity. Two additional king bedrooms provide light, airy spaces with plush bedding and Smart TVs, sharing a hall bathroom between them. Upstairs, a fun bunk room with a twin and full bunk bed gives the kids their own space to settle in, complete with its own en-suite bath.

Step outside to the backyard oasis, thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Cool off in the private pool and waterfall spa, stretch out on the sun loungers or Adirondack chairs, or gather around the dining table for six for a meal off the propane grill, all surrounded by the soothing sounds of Lowcountry nature.

Guests also enjoy full access to Palmetto Dunes' resort amenities, including championship golf courses, the Tennis & Pickleball Center, scenic biking trails, and exciting kayaking adventures. Shelter Cove Towne Centre is just a mile away for dining and shopping, and the beach is an easy 10 to 12 minute walk from home.

Our team is dedicated to creating a seamless and relaxing guest experience from booking to check-out. This home is professionally cleaned, carefully maintained, and stocked with thoughtful touches like beach towels, so you and your pup can settle in and enjoy the island with confidence.
