✓ The Anchorage Villas Community Pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓ PET POLICY: Bring your furry dog! 1 dog 50lb or less is allowed. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300.

The living room has a shiplap accent wall, a cozy fireplace, nautical touches throughout, and enough seating for the whole group to finally exhale after the drive in. It’s the kind of space where someone ends up in the leather recliner with a drink in hand while everyone else debates dinner plans. When you do want to stay in, the large Smart TV and easy layout make movie nights and lazy evenings feel like a treat rather than a compromise.
When it’s time to eat, the dining room earns its keep. A table for six sits beneath a gorgeous drum pendant light with skylights overhead and a wall of windows looking out over the Lowcountry, the kind of view that makes even a takeout dinner feel a little bit special.
