Highly Recommend!
I had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, but still close to everything. The host was super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. I especially appreciated the little touches I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. 10/10!

The property at 3 Mizzenmast Lane was lovely and had plenty of room for my family. The photos & description are accurate. We are familiar with the Sea Pines area as we have stayed there several times. This property was conveniently located and in a quiet area.

I would like to point out the spiral staircase. It was a beautiful accent and did not bother us. However, if you have small children it might be a fall hazard.

We had an amazing stay at this villa on Hilton Head Island! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed—including plenty of towels, which is often an issue when traveling or staying in hotels. There were also lots of nice, fluffy blankets and extra pillows, which made our stay even more comfortable.

We loved the thoughtful touches, like treats waiting for us—cookies and coffee we could help ourselves to—which made us feel right at home.

Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The location truly couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the general store and the ocean, which made everything so convenient.

The only minor challenge was figuring out where to park since the spaces weren’t labeled, but it wasn’t a big deal because the area wasn’t crowded.

Overall, this villa was the perfect spot for our Hilton Head getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great setup for our family. My young kids really enjoyed the pool and it was in walking distance to the park. We would have loved to stay another night if our schedule permitted. We would definitely come back!

What a great spot for our vacation! It was so comfy and clean, my friends and I felt right at home! It was in pristine condition and was such a relaxing place to stay. It felt so spacious and private. It’s an easy walk to the beach and they give you really great quality chairs and a beach cart to use. The host is really responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!

We've been coming to Sea Pines for years and this was the best property we've rented. It was right on the golf course, which was fun to watch and the pool was a definite plus. There was also a screened porch. Plenty of TV's and comfortable beds. There were a couple of hiccups but the host responded immediately with a satisfactory resolution. The location was perfect. 7-8 minute bike ride to the Beach club and gym and about 10 mins to Harbor Town. Plenty of parking and plenty of room for 6 adults. It was private and very safe. We rented bikes and left them out front the entire time. The house had plenty of Tommy Bahama back pack lawn chairs and a wagon which made it so easy to get stuff to the beach. We will definitely be renting this property again. And, Host & Home -- were top notch. Beach towels provided and a wonderful welcome basket with goodies upon arrival. Thanks for an enjoyable week!!

Incredible stay. Couldn't have been more perfect. Paradise found.

The stay was wonderful, as shown and shared. We stayed with our 3 young children and some family. There was plenty of space for all. The home was as advertised and absolutely stunning. The amenities fit our family perfectly. The kitchen was beautiful and we were able to cook in quite a bit. Outdoor space was incredible, the kids and adults both enjoyed the pool, lounging and kitchen area out there. The location of the home itself was ideal for us as well. A very short walk down to the ocean/beach. It was so nice and quiet there yet very close to all the action (down a mile to Coligny Plaza). The home was right next to the walking trail so we often biked, walked and went running. There’s so much to share but we felt like we hit a gold mine with this beautiful home. Also worth sharing, Host and Home was very quick and responsive. As soon as we got there I did not have the correct door code, they picked up the call immediately and reset the lock for us over the phone.

Awesome place! Super clean and housed 9 of us with tons of group and person spaces. Would go again next year.

We absolutely enjoyed our week at 163 Mooring Buoy. We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes for the last 20 years and 163 Mooring Buoy was the best place we've stayed in. Host and Home made the stay seamless. We had a very small issue with the air conditioning and they sent someone immediately (8:00 p.m.) to fix the issue. The service was outstanding. The location of 163 Mooring Buoy was next to the beach access and was very convenient. The house was set up perfectly for a large group. It was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed for the perfect vacation. The pool was very relaxing. We give Host and Home and 163 Mooring Buoy a thumbs up!

Clean place renovated and cozy, relatively close to the beach. You will find a wagon to carry your stuff to the beach. We will rebook in the future

This was the PERFECT house for our family beach trip! We will definitely be looking to book here again
