Great spot !
Our stay was perfect! The view was amazing and the villa so comfortable. Host and Home was by far the BEST rental company I have ever used. Their communication was a 100/10.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Host and Home. The home was perfect for our needs, extremely clean and well-organized. Any need that we contacted the rental office about during our stay was handled promptly. Communication about rental details, arrival and departure were timely and clear. We plan to use Host and Home Realty again, and hopefully rent and enjoy the same home.
Kim and I very much enjoyed our stay your place gave us plenty of room to move around and enjoy Hilton head without feeling claustrophobic when you stay at a 500 or 600 foot facility. The location was perfect for bike trails plus we’re able to ride our bikes to the beach
Unit 3A was very nice overall and less than a 10 min walk to the beach. The complex had nice amenities and the grounds were well cared for. Would stay there again.
Well appointed, clean and great location
Neighborhood was great. Host was quick to respond to issues we had with pool access and wifi access. Home had a few minor issues that are to be expected from use but nothing that impacted our stay. Our kids loved the third floor kids room. Community beach access was a huge plus but the parking did fill up quick, but was never an issue for us. The host required checking process that used a link provided to an outside of Airbnb website that required a small refundable security deposit or a very large fully refundable. After my stay I requested the funds be released back to me and the host communicated that they don’t require a deposit and don’t know what u was talking about. Eventually the funds were released but the host continues to deny the security hold.
It was a great home for our vacation. It accommodated all of our family and it was nice that everyone had their own bathroom within their room. We spent a lot of time at the house swimming, fishing, eating and enjoying the space and each other’s company. We would definitely stay here again if we plan to visit Hilton head in the future. Thanks for the hospitality.

We had a great vacation! The location is wonderful! Short walk to the beach and a quick walk/bike ride to Coligny plaza with so many cute restaurants and shops! We had one or two small issues (no shower curtain) but they were very quick to respond and to resolve them! Would definitely recommend!

Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The house was amazing. Had plenty of absolutely everything in the kitchen for a big group. Two sets of washer/dryer on both floors. There was a full fridge by the wet bar in the living room downstairs, too. About a 10-minute drive from the Harbour Town Lighthouse.
Girls vacay. Had a great time. The condo was clean, very nice bath towels and a good location. Note that there is 1 set of steps you have to use.
The extra 3rd bath is so nice to have and has a shower too. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Will definitely book here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was stunning, extremely clean, and had the majority of items we needed. If anything was needed, the owner and team were extremely responsive. The beach was a simple bike ride and walk, and the location could not have been better. We would highly recommend this location!

We had the absolute best stay here! We traveled with a 7 year old and 7 month old. It was perfect for them and us. The condo was very clean and matched the description. I think it was even better than what we expected.
