Beautiful Home and awesome view. Lots of seating areas to hang out and enjoy family times such easy access to the beach. Had one minor issue, and within minutes they had a tech out to resolve the issue. Such kind and awesome hosts. Would definitely come back!

Such a great house for a large group! We had 8 adults and 9 kids and had plenty of space to spread out. Lots of seating for lounging and eating. There are 2 big tables plus a big island with seating. There are 3 different living room areas and a screened in back porch. 3 full fridges, 2 sets of washer and dryers, 2 dishwashers. 10 minute walk to the beach. The pool was so fun to have for the kids—note that it’s $100 per day to get it heated and they need 72 hours notice to schedule it. We had to book this house very last minute due to the hurricane changing our beach location and couldn’t schedule the heated pool ahead of time but Host and Homes went above and beyond to help get it scheduled last minute and we were able to have the pool heated for our last day. They were extremely helpful and responsive!

Outstanding property - we enjoyed the space, the location on the golf course and the lovely outdoor patio for morning coffee! The house was as pictured and described online, with plenty of open space for family engagement and time together during the vacation! As always, Host & Home was responsive, kind, easy to work with and provided clear check in and check out instructions. My second time working with Host & Home, but certainly not my last! Thanks to the H&H team for a fantastic HHI experience!

We had the nicest stay! The shipyard community is lovely and near everything on the island. The paved paths throughout the community were perfect for walking our dogs and biking around the island. Host and home left thoughtful snacks and welcome packets. This rental had everything we could possibly need for cooking. We were able to settle in and feel at home. The beach access was a quick drive down the road and the beach was beautiful. There were bathrooms and even a hose to rinse the dogs off too after a walk on the beach.

Great place

The place was perfect! We had a wonderful time. The location was excellent, and we loved that it was pet-friendly. It was a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy our time away. We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at this beautiful and spacious home for our annual family vacation, and it was the perfect place to accommodate our group of 12 for the week!

The home was wonderful and just steps away from the beach. One of our favorite parts of the stay was spending our mornings on the balcony, sipping coffee and listening to the ocean. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and dinners, which was especially convenient for a large group.

There were a few minor issues during our stay, including the hot tub not heating properly, which we believe may have been due to an issue with the heater. However, these did not take away from our overall experience.

The host and property management team were very accommodating, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.

Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation, made some beautiful memories, and would absolutely recommend this home to others.

We loved staying at this location! It was very close to the beach access and we enjoyed long bike rides with very little traffic down on the end of Mooring Buoy Road. Our host texted often to check in on us and was very attentive. The only drawback was some construction noise from the house beside this location. We heard jackhammers on day one. Throughout the rest of the week we heard hammering, loud music, and a cement truck.

We had a wonderful time. The home passed my cleanliness inspection hands down! Kitchen was well stocked and the welcome goodies were delicious. Host and Home was very responsive to our needs. I would definitely reserve this space again on a future visit, if available.

Great house in Palmetto Dunes. Quiet street, great for families on vacation. Sidewalk path begins at the end of the street and can take you most places on the island. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home with plenty of space. There were a few issues with things that were broken. Great location if you want a beach with no waves great for little children.

A very beautifully decorated and well stocked condominium, and a peaceful location. Walk to the beach is approximately 7 minutes. Bike rental just around the corner. Easy access from Cross Island Parkway. This place would be at the top of our list on any return trip to HHI.

Great place to stay in Sea Pines

Very cosy home equipped with everything needed for a short or longer stay. Great location with restaurants, beach and activities close.

Our family loved the home and didn’t want to leave. Great amenities. Easy walk to beach with chairs provided. House is clean and luxurious.

Great stay! The condo was clean, in a great location.

We loved our stay in the condo. It was very clean and had all the necessities. It was nice that there was a locker in the garage with a wagon and chairs and also beach towels provided. We had a couple issues with the door lock when we were there ( due to low battery) but both times we called and were immediately assisted and issue was immediately resolved. The Palmetto Dunes complex is great and we loved that the beach is not crowded in that spot. The beach views are also nice from the condo and the complex is pretty quiet. We would definitely come back!

Excellent house and enjoyed the stay. Clean and the host was responsive and kind when it come to communicating needs. Will book again for next year!

Our family of five and two dogs had a wonderful 15 day stay at this property. It is located in a beautiful area that is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The accommodations are spacious, comfortable and well maintained. We’ll definitely book another stay in the future since everything was perfect and we sincerely enjoyed our stay.
