This Airbnb is in a fantastic location particularly if you have small children. You can walk to the marina, shops, restaurants, playground, cafe and pool. It really is so family friendly! The hosts provide a welcome basket with snacks, coffee, etc. which is very helpful. Only suggested feedback would be to include beach chairs/umbrella and bike rental passes with the booking - at the moment this costs extra and would have been a nice touch. We would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was beautiful, extremely clean, and felt very private and comfortable. Check-in was easy, and the host provided clear, detailed instructions that made everything seamless. The host was also incredibly responsive and promptly answered all of our questions and concerns throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Loved the condo! So much space, very clean, well equipped with everything we needed to go down to the beach! The community pool was very nice and the walk to the beach was very short!

We had a lovely stay at 6 Osprey. Very close to the beach. Walkable distance to Coligney. The house was very clean. The pool and outdoor bar was a plus. Definitely a 5 star rating. Highly recommend.

This rental was great. We specifically wanted a house with no pool and beach access due to little kids and this was great. And outdoor space for the parents to hang while kids slept. We had plenty of space for 4 kids and 4 adults.

Excellent location and wonderful stay. Two couples and we had a great time. Right on the Fazio golf course! The condo was amazing for us. Kitchen was perfect and the BBQ on the deck was amazing. We rented bikes and rode everywhere including the beach. Great restaurants nearby, Fresh Market is very close as well.
The location is very good and was very quiet. Great walkable community. We were able to extend our stay, the management company is wonderful and very responsive and nice.
Can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing stay. Location was convenient with beautiful scenery and plenty of options for food and places to walk our dog. The home had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and a cooler.

Absolutely stunning place to stay with plenty of room for a big family! Would highly recommend staying here while on Hilton Head Island! The pool was a huge bonus and made afternoons extra fun.☀️

We had an incredible stay here. The backyard feels very private despite being on the golf course, and the pool was a great size for our four year old with steps spanning the entire length of one short end. The layout of the house is very thoughtful with the master being a bit separate from the rest. Use of the garage was helpful. Overall an incredible place with incredible hosts. Would stay here again and again!

The home accommodated our family with lots of room to spare. Beautifully decorated and felt like home. The pool was clean and they provided many towels for the entire stay. The home is centrally located to everywhere. We would definitely rent here again.

Enjoyed our stay here and only have a few minor complaints- the kitchen cookware needs to be replaced, the inside was very dusty specifically the vents and baseboards, it takes a while for the air to cool the upstairs, and the light in the laundry room is very low so it’s hard to see in there otherwise everything else was great and as described.
