We had a wonderful family vacation and this beautiful home helped make that possible! It is spacious throughout and everyone had their own private space and full bathroom. The backyard was perfect for winding down after excursions and we especially loved the pool and hot tub. Host and Home attended to our every question and need and we will definitely be back!

Location at the mooring’s was prime w the beach access just steps away. We found the unit to be updated nicely and any item we could’ve thought of needing for our stay already provided. We will be returning again soon!

We had 5 adults and two kids and the house was perfect. Someone came to clean around the pool right after a storm which was so nice. The walkability to the beach can’t be beat. The only issue we had was something was wrong with the dryer. The host did give us a heads up this was the case a couple hours before check in and offered to pick up and launder anything we needed. The only real issue was towels for all of us between the pool and the beach but we made it work. I’m picky about my bed/pillows and am 6 months pregnant so it’s even worse than usual and I was so comfy in the bed and loved the pillows! We all loved the house and will possibly be booking again in coming years!

Very happy with our stay. We felt like we stepped into an oasis of calm and vacation while maintaining elements of being at home. The spaciousness of the rooms and cozy decor made it very relaxing and not overcrowded. Can’t wait to return.

The place its cozy, felt like home. It is fully stocked with everything you need. The first abnb place where we had fresh towels for every day per guest, that was a treat, Thank you!!!! Clean and cozy sheets!! We requested more coffee pods for the Keurig and the host was very kind and accommodating, they delivered that in 10 minutes after we requested them.
We were able to use the Shipyard club house beach entrance at the Sonesta resort, very easy access and comfortable and private. The porch was a treat as well so quite and the views were stunning! Will definitely come back again! We loved it!!! We visited the Palmetto Dunes beach thru the Dreassen Beach Park public beach access super nice and very accesible boardwalk, only a half a mile walk with showers and bathrooms, the ride is only 10 minutes from Shipyard. Restaurants in the area plenty.

The location could not of been more perfect. Just one row back from the shops! Our friends were docked at the pier of harbor town. We had the best time. Thank you!!!

Lovely place! Will definitely stay again! Fantastic location - right at the entrance to the beach path and a 10 min easy walk to the beach.

I’d love to see new comforters or quilts in the upstairs rooms in the future as they were worn and had lint on them, just felt less luxury than the primary bedroom. As well as the livingroom chairs you sink into bc the springs are old. There were a few long dark hairs on the towels and in the shower, nothing major but a 4 for cleaning due to the hairs (I’m blonde).

Wonderful host, welcome basket on arrival with water and snacks which was lovely. Enough paper products for several days. The swimming pool was fantastic and has a bathroom there as well. The patio and chairs there were a nice touch and we found those comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and give it 4.5 out of 5 stars!

We absolutely loved 9 HH Beach Villas. You can tell the owners put real care and money into making this place nice! The kitchen was beautiful, decor was stylish, and there were these luxury touches that really made it special. High-end appliances, a bidet, beach chairs/toys, welcome basket loaded with snacks/coffee, and even a burr grinder and Moccamaster coffee maker (iykyk!) It set the tone right away.

Only issue we had was that there were no beach towels when we arrived. But we called Host & Home and someone actually drove over within the hour (and brought extras!) After hours too. That kind of service definitely won us over.

They also had a full remote work setup with a ring light, webcam, and monitor, which was a nice when I had to do some work.

We usually stay at bigger condos, but LOVED the vibe here. It's a smaller community, with a renovated pool, surrounded by trees and had a total island feel. The beach was also a short walk!

The townhouse was very nice and as described. When we got there the white sofa was filthy dirty but after contacting Host & Home they immediately contacted a professional cleaner who came out the next day and cleaned it. Other than that the house was clean and very nice. And Host and Home was very responsive and friendly to communicate with. The location was very peaceful with a view of the Marsh. And the pool was the perfect temperature very refreshing. We would definitely stay in this property again or rent from Host and Home again as well.

We are a family of four with two dogs. We absolutely loved the place and the amenities. My boys loved the pool and we loved the location and how close the beach and activities were. Everything was exactly what we needed and we really loved the gift basket. It was special.

My husband and teenage daughters enjoyed the time spent at this airbnb. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and the set up was perfect! We enjoyed playing games every night after dinner. Well equipped home!

Such a beautiful place to accommodate our large group. Any issues or questions we had, were addressed very quickly. I do feel like there were some things missing from the kitchen that I feel were necessary kitchen items, but we just went and bought them for ourselves. We had a couple “friends” show up in the bathrooms. They said they were going to look into it more. Overall, very pleased with our stay.
