We had a really great stay!

My family of 10 had a blast staying at this property. The beach was a quick 5 minute drive; the pool and hot tub was great for the family.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place had everything we needed, was very clean, and so comfortable. We loved spending time in the condo. The location was really nice. Lot of restaurants in walking distance, easy access to bike trails, a short drive or bike ride to Palmetto Dunes beach access. We could not be happier with our stay here! We also loved being right next to the Disney resort, because we are Disney people. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay. The home clean, moderns and was good for a family gathering. The host was also very responsive when we needed something. Will be back in Hilton Head!

Amazing house and location.

The place is exactly as described. It's well maintained, accessible, secure and very peaceful. The rooms are spacious. Host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Would highly recommend this villa.

This was one of our favorite stays in Hilton Head and we come a lot. First let me say, The management company Host and Home was great from start to finish. Communication was on point, and the staff were just as great. They even add very nice touches in the unit to make the stay that much more enjoyable. To the owner of the unit, you did a great job finding this company. Next the unit itself is all you can ask for and more. There were 4 of us and we couldn't tell. This place is very nice and spacious. The resort has everything you could want to get into. There is even a shuttle bus to take you everywhere on the resort. They have everything you can need included with the unit, from beach stuff to grilling, to kitchen and bedding. You just need to show up. There are bike rentals too. The only thing you may want to bring is just food if you want, as restaurants are all around. I will definitely book again for next month.

The house was the perfect size and layout for our family! It was a close walk to Fish Haul Beach (just down the main road of the small neighborhood and onto a boardwalk). Grill was great, kitchen was well stocked and the pool was awesome. A few things to note: The pool is mostly shaded after 12pm so keep that in mind.
Also, the house wasn't the cleanest. The carpets were pretty stained and dirty and the house in general could use a deep clean (floors, cabinet handles, etc).
A huge positive was their responsiveness. We had elevator error and the AC went out downstairs and both were taken care of within a day.
Mosquito's are pretty bad in the area, so bring your bug spray!
The sunrise and sunset were incredible from this beach! Thank you for helping us have a wonderful week at the beach!

The pictures do not do this home justice. The first 10 minutes after arrival we walked through the house and all we could say was “wow” every room we walked into. Beautiful home very spacious and beautifully decorated. Pristine spotless upon arrival and had everything need for a great week with family.

We had an absolute blast during our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and gave us the perfect base for our trip.
​Booking a single home was so much more cost-effective than trying to reserve three or four separate hotel rooms for our party of ten, and having everyone under one roof made the whole trip so much better.
​When we weren't out exploring the local trails or spending the day at the beach, the pool was an absolute lifesaver. It was the ideal spot for the kids to splash around, unwind, and burn off that last bit of energy while the adults got to relax poolside.
​The hosts were wonderfully communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth, stress-free stay. We made so many great family memories here and would definitely love to come back!

My family of 7 had the most amazing, beautiful & memorable trip, all thanks to the Host & Home team! The Host & Home team went above & beyond to help us every step of the way. The house was everything we wanted and so much more. You and your guests can sprawl out and still have so much space. The living areas and covered/ AC patio area off the master is perfect for little ones when it gets hot and of course your pets! Everything about this house was pristine and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful home in Sea Pines with access to resort amenities. The pool and jacuzzi added a lovely touch to our family vacation and were utilized daily 😊 I would stay here again.

It is a very comfortable house located just 10 minutes from the beach in a very quiet area. My children had a great time in the pool, and the house has everything you need; I recommend it.
