Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. We especially enjoyed the quiet walks into Harbour Town, visits to the local ice cream shops, and dining at the area’s excellent restaurants. The setting was serene and felt very safe for all of us, including our young children.
We are no strangers to Hilton Head Island and have been gathering here for our family reunion on the same island for many years. Everyone agreed that this particular location was perfect for our family with young children, and we all plan to return to the same property in the future.
The hosts were exceptional—responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in our family’s enjoyment. Thank you from all of us. ❤️

Beautiful home. Modern, clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds and pillows were quality and very comfortable. The pool had a 6ft deep end which we all loved. Easy walk/bike ride to the beach. Our only complaint was that the week went by too quickly! We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent home in Hilton Head! The home was perfect for our family & was very inviting & well designed with thoughtful touches throughout. We loved the community pool & walkability to the Forest Preserve & its beautiful trails. We saw alligators there each morning. This home is in the perfect location within Hilton Head. We highly recommended booking this for your Hilton Head trip!

We had an amazing stay at 28 Swingabout in Palmetto Dunes during our trip to Hilton Head, South Carolina.

The home was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly well stocked. It had a private pool, game room, several bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen, wet bar, outdoor shower, garage, bike, and gorgeous landscaping. My favorite feature was being able to walk directly from the main bedroom out to the pool.

What impressed me most was Host and Home. We had a couple of minor issues when we arrived, and their team was easy to reach and addressed everything immediately. That level of service makes a huge difference when you are traveling.

If you are planning a trip to Hilton Head, I highly recommend 28 Swingabout.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was very nice and comfortable for the kids and adults. Beds were comfy, towels were plentiful. Kitchen was great. Loved the pool and the easy walk to the beach. Very peaceful and quiet area yet close to stores, shops and dining. Would definitely stay here again!

The house and surrounding area was absolutely amazing. The view from patio area was stunning. In the heart of Harbor Town Yacht Club. My son loved watching all the beautiful boats entering and leaving the harbor. 10/10 will be staying here again.

Hit a few bumps with parking passes and ability to enter the resort at first but with a quick message and phone call, all was cleared up and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay this weekend. This condo was perfect for a short weekend trip to the beach. The condo was about a 5-10 minute walk to the public beach access. The host was really friendly and accommodating. It was perfect for two adults and two teenagers. I would stay again

My family and I stayed here for a week for our first time at Hilton Head Island. The condo was exactly as described in the listing and the Host was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The location is perfect for the beach, bike ride, restaurants, and shopping. The walk to the beach can be a bit tough if you are hauling beach gear so I recommend dropping that off with your car first. Resort was exactly as described with great amenities. Condo is on the 2nd floor so you'll deal with just one flight of stairs. Had a great time and will be back soon!

family vacation for one week. 206 Turnberry and our host met all of our expectations . we will definitely be back.

Great location within a short private path walk to the beach and ocean. Beautiful courtyard that my kids loved. Super spacious and comfy home base for our family of 5. We hope to come back!

The space was great and looked exactly liked the pictures. They were very responsive when we messaged them and were accommodating letting us check in a bit early. Definitely recommend and will use them again!

House was great for a family of 15 with 6 kids. The children loved the slide in the pool. Fish Haul beach is great for nature walks. Small shark’s teeth can be found if sand is sifted. Must drive to swimming beach. Burkes Beach beach is preferred for smaller crowds and more gentle waves. Host was very responsive to minor problems that we encountered with the house.

Everything was as described. It was a short walk to the beach. The on property pools were well kept and convenient. The kitchen had all of the supplies listed and a few more. We were able to enjoy the vacation as a family and everyone had enough space to have their own privacy. The common spaces were well laid out and comfy. It was a great home away from home!

It was a great area, the beach was much less crowded down by its beach access. We loved our stay

The views from the deck were stunning. It was so peaceful and relaxing.
Restaurants and beaches are all close by and the pool was fantastic as well.
The hosts were very responsive, friendly and accommodating when we had an issue with the network connection for the television.
