This home is in a fantastic location. Private access to the beach and ocean with a well maintained path. The home has bueatiful furnishings in every room and common spaces. We are a big family and absolutely enjoyed how well the kitchen and bar lounge was stocked. They even had a crockpot! Plenty of ice and generous number and variety of glasses. The pool was prestine and there was plenty of quality/comfortable outdoor furniture as well. The pool hot tub heats up quickly. Most of our family drove so there was plenty of room for the 4 vehicles we parked there. We took the opportunity to read through some of the responses in the guest book before we made our entry and it looked like every family that stayed here was as happy and grateful for such a beautiful home to enjoy with family!

Wonderful home all around! Great parking, appliances in the kitchen, wonderful spaces all around. Most of the bedrooms each had a private bath attached. The kitchen had plenty of storage and tools to cook meals. Maintenance was easy and fast to respond. Pool temp was great for late August with the shade on the pool due to house overhang.
The only con to this stay would have to be the window coverings were thin pleated paper shades. Will return for a future visit.
Great area and communication.
Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids. We appreciated the location for beach access, nearby golf courses, and restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. We would stay here again on a future visit to Hilton Head Island.
Being on the golf course and having the pool were great for our family and friends. We were able to bike to most places and really enjoyed all the amenities at the house. The location was perfect. It really made our trip!
What a lovely home and amazing amenities for the price! We were surprised that although the home is pet friendly it doesn't show wear and tear or have any pet smells/hair etc. whatsoever!! The layout is fantastic for a group that wants to get time together AND to themselves. The kitchen was well appointed and eating areas spacious. The pool and backyard are just beautiful and perfect, we enjoyed our time so much and plan to come back!
Good spot, I'd recommend it. My 3 kids all fit in the guest room and they enjoyed it. I enjoyed my sliver of ocean view. The living room area accommodated all of us, the kitchen has everything anyone South of a Michelin chef would need, it even came with free snacks and for those curious, they had a bin of beach toys.
Overall, a very good location. Close to the beach, lots of space and plenty of bedrooms. They have numerous appliances and utensils in the kitchen to use. Everything is clearly labeled so it's easy to put stuff back.

Great spot. You can walk right to the beach
The week we stayed was very hot, but the back deck overlooking the marsh was fantastic. It was a great spot to hangout and watch the birds and had a nice breeze. The house is spacious. The beds were comfy. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need. There were a few things that need to be addressed and the host was very receptive and said they would be addressing after our stay. Would definitely rent this house again.
Perfect location and accommodations were exactly what we wanted. Located in sea pines. Easiest and shortest walk to the beach. Hosts were very responsive and allowed us to checkout late as well. Highly recommend!
House is in a great location. Walkable to Harbourtown. Very peaceful location. House is well stocked and clean. Host is always available, responsive, and helpful. We had a great time. No complaints!
Great stay right on the beach!
We loved the clean space and perfect for looking for two rooms and a shared space. The kitchen was pristine and everything was perfect for a relaxing stay.

Excellent stay condo is right next to harbor town. Location is perfect for a sea pines stay. Plenty space, clean, board games are a plus. Would stay here again.

The villa was clean and a great walkable location. It was also near a trolly stop to help get to spots like harbor town that are a little farther. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality dishes and cookware.
loved the condo, the location, the furnishings and the hosts. was only disappointed with the bunk bed situation. was described as trundle, full on bottom and twin on top. the trundle didnt have a mattress and its a twin/twin bunk. no full on the bottom. it’s not a bunkroom. its in the same room with a king. the host offered a roll away twin but there really wasnt room to place it anywhere. the light switches were tricky. not a fan of carpet at the beach. however, there was plenty of paper products, beach gear, and tvs everywhere! the pool and beach were just steps away. we would for sure stay here again. we’d just do what we did this time and rearrange sleeping quarters.
Incredible place, looks just like the photos. Super close to the beach and to Salty dog. Really easy to bike to Harbour Town and the beach Club.

We had a good visit at this home. It fit our family of eight (to include a baby) perfectly. The home was clean, spacious, and well supplied with all the essentials we needed for our family vacation.
