What a great stay! The condo appears newly renovated and was very clean. Very convenient to be located right across from the beach access. Would stay here again!!

We had a great stay at 18 Swing About ! Our family of 9 and a baby had ample room for everyone to have their own space and not feel on top of each other. The view of the golf course from the pool deck is such a peaceful way to start the morning with a cup of coffee !
Beautiful home, perfect location, so much to do in walking distance and short drive around town. We will absolutely visit this home again in the future.
This location is close to the beach. It was about a 10 minute walk…we took a path that is through the woods. Google Maps show where it is. Clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
It was one of the nicest, cleanest well appointed with everything you might need. Yes it is beautiful but more importantly someone thought about every detail. My family and I loved it.

Clean and spacious home steps from the beach. Great views and a short walk to Salty Dog Cafe. Worked out great for our family of five.
We had a fantastic time! We had an issue with the main shower upon arrival and the hosts were very quick to make sure someone was sent out to repair it! It was the easiest walk to the beach. It was also a very easy walk to lots of gift shops and places to eat. Overall we had a fantastic stay!
The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. Location was great for walking to Harbourtown and biking to the beach. We were able to coordinate bike rentals through them, highly recommend!
I grew up on the island and of all the places I’ve stayed on HH, this place tops the list. The place is great very quaint, and its location is even better!
Matched the description and host was very responsive. Beach chairs were not at the condo but the host made sure they were delivered same day. Not walkable to the beach but Dunes Buggy was just a phone call away. Nice view of the golf course, pool access was close and quiet neighborhood.
We stay in HHI every year and this was our favorite spot so far. Excellent spot, great for bike riding and pool access.

However, there was an incident that cast a shadow on our stay. On our last night we decided to eat dinner in the rental and relax before our trip home. On Saturday, July 11th at about 7pm, there was a knock on the door. A lady, holding a clip board, interrupted our dinner and told us that “we were parked wrong”. While I was trying to rest, she told me to come to the parking lot. She pointed at our car and said “see”. I didn’t know what she was talking about. Then she pointed at the left front tire which was “touching” the white line. She went on to threaten us several times with a “ticket”. I told her that the space was small, but the vehicles on both sides of us were also on the line. She kept threatening us. I asked if she worked for Host and Home, she said no, but “she was not just a renter, she lived there!” After a while, I left and went back to the room. This left a bad taste in our mouths!
We feel blessed to have been able to enjoy this perfect home away from home for two weeks. The location is perfect with all the mid-island conveniences, combined with the shaded beauty of Palmetto Dunes. We rode bikes to most places, spent days at the beach or at the pool, we always had a shady parking space conveniently located right off the back porch. The condo was clean, furniture in good shape, beds were mostly comfortable. We had everything we needed to feel at home. I was especially thankful for the washer & dryer on site!
