The home is excellent and not what one might expect from a rental. Everything is high end and high quality. I highly recommend.

Beautiful place for a weekend getaway! The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the lighthouse and several excellent restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.
We have been staying in Sea Pines for many years, and this rental one was one of the best!
Fantastic location; secure and safe 24/7 available gated staff; very flexible check-in times; after first entry and receiving parking pass info, the speed & ease & flexibility for coming and going either just once a day a week an entire trip, or many times a day is 110% amazing.
Location of community and unit: felt totally at ease in terms of safety security of vehicle/unit/persons at all times day or night; Great Balance of peaceful serenity without feeling isolated, while also not overwhelming or crowded. Well-kept and well-lit car lots/sidewalks/common areas/building units/scenery/walking paths/trash areas/etc…in a nutshell Location of community and unit perfect for exploring HHI in any and all capacities or interests,
We had a great stay! The place was exactly as pictured was larger than expected. Host and Home provided beach towels which was a great surprise. They were very responsive to our questions and fixed very minor issues quickly. I would definitely stay there again!
Beautiful luxury home, just perfect for our family of 10. Very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Saw deer in the yard every day. Felt peaceful even with neighbors and golfers.
Easy access to beach, especially if you rent bikes.

The house was great, location perfect. Very clean, the only call out is the beds are hard as a rock. My husband and I slept on the couch the whole time which was very comfortable.
We loved this condo! Good location in center of Sea Pines. Great golf course view and we loved watching the Alligators in the pond!!
We loved our stay at Hilton Head. The host and home were so helpful and ready to answer questions as needed. The home itself was accessible to everything. The notebook left with information and recommendations made the stay easier when trying to decide what to do.
This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island and we loved our stay at 18 Swing About. The home looked exactly like the photos. It was large, spacious (we had 3 adults and 3 teenagers) - there was ample space. We loved the pool and the outdoor eating area. The adults enjoyed sitting outside to have coffee and watching the wildlife (numerous birds, deer, etc). It felt very secluded and private (we never saw or even heard the neighbors). Palmetto Dunes provides a free shuttle which was amazing - we used this to go to the beach (they even take your beach chairs) and the Shelter Cove shops/restaurants. Host and Home staff were super friendly, prompt to respond to messages and helpful. This house got a big thumbs up from everyone in our group - we'll definitely be back.
Stay was pretty good. House is dated and could use some updates. Washer has mold inside of it and could use a new gasket or replacement. Kitchen appliances are dated. Front door lock needs to be adjusted. It has auto lock and can be quite frustrating if door is not pulled fully shut. All the beach chairs are worn out and need to be upgraded. The master had stacks of blankest and pillows not put together very neatly. Overall we had a decent stay. Location is ideal
If you’re looking to maximize beach time. We paid close to 5k for four nights and I don’t feel that the product matched the price.
Beautiful villa, easy to get to everything, even without a bike. It’s right next to the pool, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Also centrally located near the Palmetto Dunes tennis courts and, most importantly, the ice cream shop. We had a great time here. Thanks for having us!
The unit was ok, it’s a little far from the beach, the closest side walk to get down to the beach was very small and mostly sand, made it hard to pull the wagon of beach gear. If you walk down to the public beach access, it’s about 10/15 minutes further, but there is a paved path and beach mat, much easier. There was a noticeable smell in the kitchen and hall bath, not pleasant. Also this is a 1st floor unit, that means you hear foot steps from upstairs early morning and late night, unfortunately we had a family with small children, they woke up before 6am and just made noise all morning, running jumping , it was terrible! I would never rent a unit with people above me again!!!
Beautiful home. Matched the description and the pictures. Very private - there is a lagoon in the back yard and you can’t see your neighbors from the back deck or the screened in porch. Close to Sea Pines main gate so very convenient.
Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed 1 Catbird Lane! The location was lovely— peaceful and beautiful off a side road overlooking the golf course and the inland waterway and yet a 3 minute walk to the beach and a five minute tie drive to tennis.
The house was amazing— great space in terms of rooms with private bars and a wonderful large living space for cooking— great kitchen!— cozy living room for watching sports and playing games and great indoor dining are and porch. Loved it!
The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. It exceeded our expectations!
We had a wonderful stay for the July 4th weekend. The home fit our family of 11 with space to spare! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked! We all spent hours by the pool and the young adults had fun down at the beach. Would certainly recommend this space for anyone!
Great house for big families with young kids. Newly opened boardwalk made getting to the beach super easy!

House was perfect for our weekend at Hilton Head. It was very clean and comfortable. Decorated beautifully. Pretty views of the golf course. Basket of goodies was an added bonus! We enjoyed our stay!
