Great vacation with the grands. The place was beautiful and spacious. The host was very friendly and helpful. We hope to come again.
What a great place to vacation! The villa is just like the photos, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Between the villa and Palmetto Dunes there is nothing else to want.
Extremely nice, clean and spacious house for family! Loved the stay. Would recommend for families looking for a quiet and peaceful location though 15-30 mins drive from harbortown and shelter cove

Great house, the location in Sea Pines was perfect. Fairly close to the entrance, a good 15 min bike ride to the beach. We had one family member drop off the beach gear and others, then ride to the beach. Loved the walking, running, biking paths throughout the resort, shady and easy to navigate. The pool was great, also lots of shade. Did have an issue the first couple days with debris and then realized when they came to service routinely on Wednesday that the bubblers had not been on. The pictures are a bit deceiving, the home is what I would describe as “a little tired” compared to the pictures. The cabinets in the kitchen are old and the bathrooms were only partially updated. The master bathroom shower could have used a good cleaning. The decor and furnishings were very nice and there was plenty of space for our family of four. Overall would recommend!
Host and Home bent over backwards to make our stay fabulous. Note that the chairs/umbrella aren’t at the home, you have to reserve them with Xplorie several days before your stay and they never dropped ours off. Host and Home bought an umbrella and 2 chairs and delivered them the first day. I was so impressed with their service. The home was adorable and had everything we needed and was in an excellent location. The only drawback back was the board of a mattress. Honestly the most uncomfortable thing we’ve ever slept on/ and only had foam pillows/ also, not comfortable. But we had such a good time that it was easy to forgive.
The place was exceptionally clean and had such a warm, homey feel that made it easy to relax. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket of snacks upon arrival!
Another plus was that the host provided clear instructions for the remote controls and TVs, which made everything so stress-free.
My family and I Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Very private and easy transport back and forth to the beach. Excellence in being responsive and helpful hosts. We will be returning!
This condo was very well appointed. It has everything you need. It is a very comfortable place. I am not that thrilled with Hilton Head though. Bikes and walkers share the same paths and it is dangerous. Not being able to park at the Beach Club to go to the beach was a royal pain.
The $200 per day to heat the pool and hot tub was not something we were willing to do, so we did without the hot tub. Pool temperature was plenty warm without it. It does take a good amount of time to drive to the home within the neighborhood, but the shuttle response time was very good.

Very quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was far, but we used the free buggy service which was super easy. Will definitely stay in the area on our next trip down. The host were amazing!
This place was by far the best place we have stayed at in Hilton Head and we go every summer! It was pristine and the layout was absolutely perfect for my family. The kitchen was fantastic and the glassed in sunroom was our favorite place to sit and hang out together. There were extra touches throughout the home and it was obvious that it was very well cared for and clean. Thank you for hosting us and we plan to come back next summer!
The home was beautiful and just as described. The amenities were wonderful, our kids loved the pool and the tiki area! We had a wonderful family vacation. The walk to the beach was easy and close by. The backyard was private and the perfect area to hang out. I’d definitely book with them again!

This villa was fantastic! Steps from the beach. Close by bike and beach equipment rentals. It was quiet and had a beautiful view especially for sunsets!
The home was in immaculate condition. Instantly felt comfortable upon arrival.
Good Family Vacation Accommodation
Had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and comfortable. We have been numerous times to Hilton Head and this was by far the best accommodation we have ever stayed at. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our time on the island. The house was spotless, extremely well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was obvious the hosts take great pride in the property. Check-in was seamless, and all of the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We didn’t run into a single issue during our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
