Great location, plenty of space in the house for our large group.
The only reason I gave a 4 on my overall review is that we had a dog with us, and he did get a bit upset when we first left the apartment and barked initially. Our upstairs neighbor, a permanent resident, apparently called security at least twice. In both cases, the security officer told us that the dog was quiet when they approached the building. She confronted my partner outside the building and said she had been the one to call security and claimed the dog had been barking for 4 hours - which was impossible because we had only been gone for 2 hours before security showed up and said the dog was quiet.
Unfortunately, the issue caused us to split time with each other so we could remain with the dog and make sure there was no barking.
We loved our stay here in Sea Pines! The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 9 stayed here for family vacation. We loved the walkability to the beach, bike trails, beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, wagon), and DuneBuggy available to get around. The Airbnb itself was clean and well stocked. We did need to get new parking passes a few times during our stay, rather than it being valid for our whole stay, but the hosts did help when needed.
The location was close to the beach and several restaurants that we enjoy. It was also just a short drive from Harbortown which is one of our preferred destinations. The rooms were spacious and each room had its own bathroom. There was an issue with water pressure but Host and Home worked with us to address any inconvenience. The parking near the buildings are cramped but that is to be expected in Hilton Head. The unit had all the amenities we were looking for plus some extras that our host provided in advance of our stay. Overall it was an amazing trip!
Great home for a beach week with my family. Was clean, well-appointed, and had all the dishes, pots/pans, and utensils we needed in the kitchen as well as most of what we needed for the beach. Kids loved the pool table and host was very responsive to our questions and support request. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Hilton Head. The location was excellent—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do, which made getting around very easy and convenient.
The property was especially great for families. It felt very family-friendly, with a comfortable and safe setup that worked well for both kids and adults. The space gave us plenty of room to relax together after long beach days.
We did have a slight issue with the air conditioning at the beginning of our trip, but the host was very responsive and immediately sent someone out to fix it, which we really appreciated.
Overall, it was a perfect home base for a family vacation, and we would happily stay here again on a future trip to Hilton Head.
This is my favorite place on earth. I have been coming to HHI for the last 16 years and still my favorite place. Nothing can’t beat Palmetto Dunes Neighborhood. Gorgeous.

This was a great condo , so close to beach and pool , definitely recommend
Home was clean and decorated nicely. Host returned messages in a timely matter. Area was nice and walkable. It was pet friendly however the ability to hose off the dog and people’s feet when returning from the beach would have been nice. Only small complaint is that you could hear the people in the apartment above. Overall would stay again!
The condo was perfect! The ocean view was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this condo again.

Beautiful large home, super clean, decorated nicely. Cozy deck with pool. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of tableware and glasses. Well stocked with bath and pool/beach towels. Comfy furniture and bedding. The attention to detail was apparent. Main suite had an extremely large bathroom and walk in closet. All bedrooms had great storage for all your clothes. Extra fridge in garage was a well needed bonus. Garage was immaculately kept with plenty of room. We have no complaints at all!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, felt like home immediately. Host & Home were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. Bike trails in community and all over the Island made it more enjoyable.
Definitely recommend staying in this home!
