Host and Home was very responsive to the questions I had about how to get to the beach. Well stocked kitchen! The bikes were a nice addition /amenity.

Great stay! Loved the proximity to Coligny Plaza & Beach, and the park. Walkable area and great for our disabled pup who can’t walk who we had in a stroller. There is a bike rental place not too far away, along with great restaurant options. If you want walkable/bikeable, this is a great choice!

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to all inquiries and the house was very clean. The house exceeded the pictures and was stunning. Overall it was a great stay. I would definitely book with host and home again when back in the area.
Location and quality of the home made our stay a great one. The backyard setup was excellent, pool, TV, large family table were all used everyday. I would stay here again.

Lovely home w plenty of space to gather. The bottom level game room was ideal for young and old alike. We also love the outdoor tiki bar for game watching. Great location!

You really get what you pay for with this property. The quality of the workmanship and the taste of construction materials is impeccable. I would buy this property if it were in Clearwater.

We loved our short stay! It is a 5 minute walk to Harbour Town and the shops and bakery. The space was well maintained. Would stay again!

excellent location, very walkable to the beach. also nearby to lots of restaurants and shopping a short drive or bike ride away. plenty of bath towels and beach towels available which was a nice touch. we did not use the beach chairs but there were some available. i was a little confused on check-in regarding the unit number and door keypad code, but the hosts were immediately responsive and helped me get in quickly. we loved bringing our dogs along as well!

We loved our vacation and stay! The Condo was very clean, and had everything you could need. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I would definitely book this unit again next year!

My family has stayed in Sea Pines many times and this home is our favorite so far! Very open floor plan, clean and great location. Host and Home reached out before and after we arrived and it was nice knowing they were a text or call away if needed. Sea Pines has alot to offer along with enjoying the beach. I recommend staying in Sea Pines for anyone who loves nature, golf, and good food!
Lovely condo! The back deck was my favorite as we got to watch the gators from a safe distance! Had some trouble with the ECO version of the AC and they were very responsive.

The condo was wonderful! We will definitely stay again! Superb customer service.
The unit was as described, very clean.
Great complex, limited view from balcony being end unit that butts up to another building: hall carpet to bedroom area showing wear. We appreciated the starter amenities and well equipped kitchen. Found that washing machine did not drain to complete cycle but able to work around using another setting. Reported this upon leaving. A few issues with tv and microwave were addressed by Host and Home during our stay and we did enjoy our time at Shorewood.

We had an excellent stay at 30 Tupelo! The host & home team were responsive, the home was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the weekend. The location was perfect, about a 15 minute walk to the beach, and we’re very grateful for such a smooth and memorable experience.
