Wonderful place, and we really enjoyed the location. The community pool was great for our young kids. Everything was clean, well stocked, plenty of supplies, GREAT deck. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful condo. Being above the seafood restaurant had pluses and minuses. Sitting on the balcony was very nice with the ambient music and beautiful lights at night, however, two out of the six days the music got quite loud for one hour between 8 and 9 PM where it was competing with the television inside with our patio doors closed. Being above the restaurant’s garbage dumpster occasionally was startling when the dumpster door would get slammed and occasionally the trucks driving in reverse with the reverse beeping was loud. But otherwise it was beautiful and I enjoyed the views, and I felt that these extraneous noises were a part of the total package and I did not mind it too much.

We had the absolute best time at 3 alder lane! The house was gorgeous and very clean. The amenities were top notch from the kitchen appliances to the game room upstairs. We loved having the pool at the house, it made it easy for us to relax while the kids were napping. The location is the best I’ve ever stayed at in Hilton head. The walk to the beach was 5 min and we loved being so close to the restaurant Lagerheads. Host and home was very responsive when we needed anything. Felt like a concierge service! Every detail about this house felt luxury. We want to make this an annual stay because we loved it so much!

This air bnb is absolutely the best bnb we’ve ever booked. From the space to the location it was perfect! We enjoyed the family friendly feel, board games, kids toys, beach accouterments, game room, and fully stocked kitchen. We brought our own seasonings, but outside of that we were stocked and loaded for our visit. Thank you immensely to the hosts for making this rental into the coziest place ever. Looking forward to booking again soon!

Great location. Somewhat outdated condo

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was beautiful and so clean. The area was wonderful with great views from the balcony. Definitely will plan on staying here again!

We just wrapped up a wonderful week at this stunning property in Hilton Head, and our family couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to call home for the week. The private pool and spa were an absolute highlight. We spent countless hours relaxing and splashing around, never having to share the space with anyone. Having our own private walkway to the beach was such a special touch, making every trip to the shore feel effortless and exclusive. Each morning, we gathered on the gorgeous balcony with our coffees and teas to watch the sunrise paint the sky. The entire property was immaculately maintained and it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully cared for, and we never once wanted for anything. A special thank you to our wonderful host for the use of the garage, which made unloading and storing all of our beach gear so convenient. We hope to be back again soon!

Loved the location and access to beach. Very spacious home with great kitchen/cooking and eating spaces, large deck area, large bedroom suites, all with private baths, and additional sleeping and playroom for children.

We've been renting houses in Hilton Head for six years and this was, by far, the nicest house we've stayed in. Not only was the house nice looking, the inside was also fantastic. The furniture was SO comfortable. Every couch and chair was soft and inviting and truly allowed you to relax when you sat down. The beds were all comfortable. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, and washcloths. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. There were plenty of nice beach chairs to use.
The house is in a quiet section of Sea Pines and the beach at the beach club is a short 4min drive away.
We cannot recommend this house enough.

This house was beautiful for our family vacation. Spacious, clean, amazing location close to the beach and HHI top destinations (coligny and harbor town). The pool was also a staple for our family when we needed lunch breaks or in the evening when the beach got chillier. Highly recommend!

We loved the space, it was perfect for everyone! The house had everything we needed plus more. We did have issues with the pool, the heater never really worked (turned out to be broken) and the hose for the refiller busted but was quickly replaced. But my family made the most of it even though the water was very cold. We did underestimate the amount of stairs so this would be better for younger families. The Host was very responsive which helped when we had questions. Overall, it was an awesome stay!

We loved our time in Hilton Head! We enjoyed staying in the south end and the house was great for us! This house was perfect for a relaxing week at the beach! The perfect location for a walk to and from the beach multiple times a day! Love being in a walkable area where you can get to Salty Dog to eat, get a drink, or hop on the trolley to Harbor Town!

We stayed here for a family vacation - perfect for multiple couples with separate spaces and bathrooms. The kitchen is great for nights in cooking and the living space and dining area had great natural light and were the perfect spot for spending time together.
The outdoor space was also excellent as was the pool. We did go to the beach multiple days - ~1 mile walk to a more private beach or a drive to the beaches with amenities.

Beautiful place to stay with an extremely well furnished kitchen and wonderful amenities with extra linens, beach towels etc... The communications were excellent and responsive. It was a perfect location with a 5 min walk to Harbor Town to restaurants and shopping yet secluded and we saw deer often in the backyard. We can't wait to come back to stay again!

Don’t hesitate to book this immaculate home! Our stay was incredible from start to finish. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful inside and out. We had tons of room to spread out and especially appreciated the sunroom with swivel chairs. We found it the perfect spot to relax, play cards, and enjoy views of the lagoon with our morning coffee (where we watched an alligator swim peacefully by). The kitchen is impressive and we appreciated it being fully stocked. We biked to the beach everyday with our 9 and 11 year olds and enjoyed a couple pool days just a short walk away at the communities pool. Sea pines is our favorite spot in Hilton head due to its family friendly vibe and we will definitely be looking to book this house again next time we are in the area.

Great hosts and a great location! Very clean and a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to return to Hilton Head!

We started out with a very bad start to our vacation with the home we rented not being as advertised and the AC breaking down. But Host & Home did an amazing job with helping us and providing amazing customer service and setting us up with a great home and gave us the best vacation possible!

Thank you again for such a great stay. The amenities for the beach and pool were great, and the house was well decorated and located near everything I needed.

This home had everything we needed! The children loved the table tennis in the garage - a nice break from the sun. The decks were great to sit and enjoy the wildlife drawn in by the lagoon. The other games in the community are tastefully designed and well maintained and surrounding guests were friendly. This home has woods on one side so make it semi-private.
