Immaculate condo in Coligny. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very, very clean and modern. Will stay here again!

We felt very comfortable and “at home” during our stay. We had everything we needed and found all the neighbors around us were very friendly and helpful. Any questions I texted to Host & Home were quickly answered.

I have been coming to Sea Pines for 30 years. This year we had 5 adult children and spouses, two sets of grandparents and 3 under 3. This is the nicest property I have rented. Lots of bedrooms, all with good mattresses. A well appointed kitchen with all the utensils and enough glasses, silverware and dishes for a big group. Easy bike ride to the beach and Harbor Town from this property. Big table to sit around and play cards. Lots of seating. TV’s in every bedroom. Let’s not forget our own heated pool. Thanks you so much. I was the hostess and everyone had a great time.

We stay on the island throughout the year and this was one of the favorite houses we have stayed in. The house matched the description to a T and we would love to stay here again.

The space was cosy and spacious at the same time. Great amenities and lots of hooks for towels and clothes!! We had such a great stay here and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great location! Right on the golf course, beautiful condo.

Host and Home personnel very friendly and helpful in office. I could not find my code to get in and they fixed the issue immediately. Loved where we stayed. Condo was very comfortable and had little extras to make us feel welcome. The beach is beautiful and very easy to reach. Lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores in the area.

Cannot talk you enough. House was awesome and like described. Conveniently located to golf, beach and entertainment. Looking to repeat this next year!

Perfect house! So close to the beach and the pool was amazing. Everything about our stay was truly perfect.

The house was great and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The gate and house codes didn’t work but quickly fixed after a call. The pool didn’t start heating until after noon and the pool was low in water. Pool was heated by the evening.

Great location. Had everything we needed, including laundry soap and drip and k-cup coffee. Plenty of towels, and great communication.

Great place for our annual golf trip to Hilton Head. We had a group of six adult men, so everyone need their own bed that was queen or king. This house gave us the space we needed for a good night's rest, and great living space to watch the Masters in the afternoon. The house is very convenient to the entire island, especially close to the main road (William Hilton Pkwy). The house was very clean and had very plush towels and linens. Top tier place and I'd definitely recommend it.

Everything was perfect. One thing, there was only 1 kitchen trash bag, and no paper towels . could tell it was an oversite because all other trash cans had multiple and plenty of toilet paper. Beautiful home, private . Would rent again.

This house is very big and spacious. Our family felt like we could have privacy when we needed and had space to gather when we wanted.

The pictures are not quite up to date, as things have aged, discolored, and warped a little over time. There was a big sticky spot on the counter that hadn't been cleaned. There was also hair and dust in the restrooms. The living room could use more seating due to how many guests the home accommodates.

There were not enough toiletries to get us through even half of the week. We had to buy toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, and paper towels. For the price we paid, we expected to have basic amenities provided for the duration of our stay.

The house is located right next to a very busy street. You have to cross that street to get to the path that leads to the beach.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would generally recommend it to others.

Great place and great location

Can’t say enough great things about Host and Home and this condo.
In the middle of the action, yet very quiet and peaceful.
LOVED the private patio. Walk in master shower was great. There was a Band new Weber gas grill.
Very clean and well maintained.
We didn’t need to move our car all week.
Additionally, Kacey and Jack were incredibly well trained hosts.
This is a well run company. They do their job very well.
