We had a great time! Easy walk to the beach and Coligny square.

Host and Home went above and beyond to ensure our experience was amazing! All the details of the house were perfectly thought out and the cleanliness, ease of check-in and amenities were even better in person. They were wonderful communicators and even quickly replaced a coffee maker when there was an issue. We will definitely be using them again for future trips!

We loved our stay! Such a close walk to a great park/playground and all the restaurants around Coligny plaza. Super easy walk or bike to the beach. Also easily the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in!

Exquisite property in brand new condition. This 2 bed and 2 1/2 bathroom checks all the boxes. H&H a pleasure to work with - very attentive, seem less check-in and excellent follow-up. Shipyard Plantation beach access works and golf course in great shape. Proximity to the rest of HHI is also perfect - central to everything. This place rocks - enjoy your next holiday here!

We had a great time staying here with the family on Spring break. From check-in and throughout the stay, the property owner communication was exceptional. The home is clean, very comfortable, and a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Great location and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay. The condo was as described. Unit was stocked with basic supplies including coffee, filters, beach towels and beach chairs. The beach is a very short walk and uncrowded. The pool and hot tub can get a bit crowded, but was nice. Onsite pickleball and tennis courts with an outdoor basketball court were a welcome family activity. Great ground level balcony for morning coffee and easy beach path access. The condo was great for our family of 4, but many more would be very tight. Great for beach walks, bike rides and less crowded beach, but still a short drive to the more popular areas of the island.

The home and surroundings were serene. My children loved their room with the pre stocked toys (great forethought after a long road trip). The kitchen was well stocked, more than enough towels and comfy beds. The host was communicative and made us feel well taken care of.

Big and great home, very comfortable beds, great location. It was 15 guests and we never felt crowded. The outdoor space is beautiful too and right on the beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better spring break!

This home is a great location to the walking and biking trails on the preserve and a short walk to Lawton Stables!

layout is a little strange, with the basement rooms separated by the garage. the kitchen a disappointment, parts of frig and dishwasher missing or broken and drawers stuffed with old pans, etc. besides being small for the house size. lots of cabinet cleaning needed throughout the house...no room for groceries etc. broken kitchenware- no working can opener! broken umbrellas by the pool...general upkeep lacking- though clean and comfortable
host and home offered to send in repair people, but felt too disruptive to our time there.

The home is brand-new and absolutely amazing! So comfortable, they've thought of everything! Nicest home we've ever rented. Only complaint is that we paid extra ($100 per day) to have the pool heated and the heater was not even turned on upon arrival. Our kids were definitely disappointed in that and that seemed excessively expensive to begin with.
Otherwise, the home is breathtaking. So many extras; tons of special touches that just takes it above. Beds were so comfortable. TVs were large and everywhere. Lots of gathering areas for large groups. Game room is fantastic. Really appreciated all of the beach items provided for us. Really, really recommend this home and hope to rent it out in the future. So close to the beach and in a very quiet area.

We had a great stay over Easter weekend! The condo was cute and very clean! It had a great view of the marina with a spectacular balcony for relaxing with coffee or cocktails! You could enjoy the live music below until quiet hours went into place. Great walkable location. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again!!

Our extended family of 8 enjoyed a wonderful stay at this house. It is a very bright, cheerful and well appointed home with a coastal chic vibe. Everything was brand new. The master bedroom is very spacious, with a walk-in closet and large bathroom. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The big open layout and large table on the main floor was perfect for our family meals. The house had a lot of great entertainment options for big kids--ping pong, vintage arcade, pool. The house does not have views, which was the only downside. But it was very close to the beach--a short drive or long walk in the car--so we were able to get out easily. We would definitely stay here again.

We had 3 families stay here during our spring break. We had an absolute blast at the house. The covered and heated pool was fantastic. Host and Home immediately responded to any questions or needs we had and were available 24-7. It was also very walkable to the beach. The house provided multiple beach wagons, beach chairs and sand toys to use. I would highly recommend staying here.

Couldn’t have found a better spot for the weekend. Prime location and furnished very well. 10/10 would reserve this place again!
