Lovely house just a short and easy walk from the beach. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were very nice, but know that you do need to pay a daily fee to heat them. For us, it was worth it as we used them every day. This fee seems to be standard as we had to pay this when renting another house on Hilton Head. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our group of four couples. I’d rent again.

The Host and Home were incredibly kind and responsive. My silly mistake with the code when we arrived didn’t deter them; they were able to quickly update it and help us get in without any hassle. The cozy home was perfect for my family. The great pool, beautiful private beach, and walking distance to a lunch area made it an ideal spot. Plus, there are great restaurants and grocery stores within a 10-minute drive.
Lovely home with comfy beds, ample towels, lots of fun stuff for kiddos, great beach equipment, very close to beach.
Lovely place, 15m walk from the beach, good space downstairs and two beds upstairs. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice when we walked past!
Excellent communication throughout. Very clean and great location close to everything...... quick walk to beach and walking distance to Coligny center where you could find plenty of restaurants and shops.
We had our friend group reunion here: 9 of us with 5 children. The check in was smooth, we all had lots of space to stretch out and the neighborhood was quiet and within a 5 min walk to the beach. We appreciated the flexible check out and fast communication. The heated pool was awesome!
Kitchen was large and beautiful; just wished it had some essentials stocked like salt and pepper and olive oil .

The townhouse was perfect for our crew. The home had a gift basket, which was a pleasant surprise. The home was clean and had everything in the kitchen needed and more.
The condo was in a fantastic location and has been renovated quite nicely. The hosts were very responsive and helpful every step of the way. We are likely to stay here again in the future

This home is beautiful and spacious for a large group to gather and still have privacy. The location is very calm and private, but also easy to access walking/biking trails. The pool and hot tub area is gorgeous. The home was stocked with everything we needed. It’s about a 1 mile walk to Harbour Town and 2 miles to the Sea Pines Beach Club. The trolley service was not running yet during our visit so we did walk to those locations. The drive is quick and easy, but depending on the time of day parking at the beach or Harbour Town can be challenging. It was quite expensive to heat the pool and hot tub, but we were glad we chose to do it for our early April visit. The only down side to the visit was that on one of the only nice days we had, the pool service unexpectedly came and we lost about 1/2 a day of pool use. The entire hot tub was drained and we had to wait for it to fill and reheat.
I would definitely recommend this beautiful home for a relaxing Hilton Head vacation!

Host and Home went above and beyond to ensure our experience was amazing! All the details of the house were perfectly thought out and the cleanliness, ease of check-in and amenities were even better in person. They were wonderful communicators and even quickly replaced a coffee maker when there was an issue. We will definitely be using them again for future trips!
The house was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly as advertised. It met all our expectations!!! My family wants to come back!
