The house itself and the host were great.

We had a great stay at 113 Island House. It is really close to the beach, stores & restaurants. The unit is comfortable & comes equipped with almost everything you might need. The hosts were incredibly responsive. We highly recommend staying here!

This was a great house. We stayed in February and crossed our fingers that the pool would be warm enough for the kids and it was! The house has everything that you need for a stay - plenty of towels, full kitchen, keyless entry, pristine, and bike to the beach

This was a very cute condo! It was one of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Being walking distance to coligny plaza was great. Lots of towels provided.
The welcome basket with treats and coffee was a wonderful treat!

The home is in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks the Shipyard golf course. Easy 20 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon.

The pictures do this home justice! We loved the open space, numerous bathrooms and proximity to the beach. Host and Home communicated very well with us during our stay and made sure we felt right at home

the house was beautiful and clean. The location was great, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The beach was not busy by the house.

Spacious house easily accommodated our family of 10. Very comfortable beds and sofas. Appreciated help from Kacey regarding any questions we had. Loved the nice welcome basket!

We booked this house last minute the day before our arrival. The host was great making arrangements and getting the pool heated in time for our arrival. The house has lots of space and great common areas. We had 2 families together, 4 adults and 4 kids ages 8-12. We did not feel crowded. The location is right in the middle of Sea Pines and a quick bike ride or short car drive to anything you might want to do in Sea Pines. Everything was as advertised and the host was very responsive with any questions. We would book this place again on our next trip to HHI.

We had 11 people in our party and the space was perfect. We loved the dining room & the downstairs especially! The fire table was perfect to sit by at night.

We loved the house and our time there! The kitchen was beautiful, ample, & had ALL that was needed (including a lovely welcome basket with wine, snacks...). The living & dining rooms were beautiful and cozy with the fireplace. All living spaces were wonderfully and tastefully decorated, comfortable, and contained extra blankets, laundry, and dishwashing detergents... We appreciate how clean, neat, & organized everything was, thank you. An enclosed garage was also a great way to load & unload from the elements. Beach chairs, wagon & beach cooler a plus. My only disappointment: The pool was not heated and ready for use until 3 days later-- a day before my departure. However, my contact person was extremely responsive, kind, and understanding. Though he apologized and stated the amenity had been scheduled to be heated and ready for use upon arrival, he contacted the pool company. Resolved, but only able to use it for a day, which I had counted on as a means for physical therapy.

This was a perfect place for us to stay for a week over Christmas. Everyone was so friendly when we called to ask questions and made check in and out very easy. We appreciated the gift basket of goodies! Thank you for a great experience.

The house is very clean. There was a nice little backyard for the dog, and was close to everything.

Very impressed with how well stocked the house was! It was great to have a well-stocked kitchen. The check in process was wonderful and the grounds around the house were spectacular. You can tell these owners take great pride in their property!

Fantastic location & a great place to stay if you are traveling with pets. Large rooms and the kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook on vacation! Host and Home communication was fantastic. Check in & check out so easy. One negative is the open staircase. Definitely an issue if you have little children or elderly adults.

Wonderful house and over all a good stay. My only issue was they advertised the pool would be heated but it never was warm. They had people check it but it never got fixed. I understand things happen but just thought it would have been checked periodically to make sure it was heated. We had several people that wanted to swim.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this gem in Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. Fantastic location close to Harbour Town. We had bikes delivered and enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. The home was clean and exactly as described. Host was always very responsive. The kitchen was extremely well equipped which made the mornings and meals very cozy. Loved the room with the triple bunk beds and the loft so the children had their own space to wind down or watch movies in the evening. Basketball hoop and table tennis were a blast!
