Nice and quiet location. Easy to navigate to surroundings the SERG restaurant group recommendations were enjoyable. Host & Home staff were friendly and communicative.

We enjoyed our stay at 1 Catbird. The kitchen was very well stocked with high quality material. We enjoyed the abundance of bathroom linen and beach towels. The bedrooms are very large and we enjoyed having a full bathroom for each bedroom. The king size beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch, large driveway and close proximity to the beach.

We could have used salt and pepper in the kitchen .

We stayed in this area before - the condo was beautiful, updated and clean. Wonderful location for walking to the beach or biking. Host was immediately responsive to all questions. Wonderful rental!

This location has the best Sunset views! The layout of the home worked perfectly for our group. We were also especially pleased by the beach chairs and other beach gear that was provided.

This home was exactly what I expected. Everything was great very clean. Awesome backyard to hang out with with some privacy. Only issue was with the hot tub, but I believe that was our mistake as we couldn’t figure it out but everyone communicated really well to get it figured out. Very quick to answer with their responses. Would definitely recommend this home and will stay there again next year..

Great location, great host, and great home

Our family and pup thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful, newly renovated home. Our toddler loved the pool and we used the sun room a ton for gathering, talking, and watching movies. It was just a short 10 minute drive to the Sea Oinez Beach Club. It had everything we needed and we hope to come back next year. Sea Pines is such a beautiful community!

This house was so nice. We were so surprised by its spacious and clean interior and bedrooms. It accommodated our entire family nicely. Beds were comfortable too.
Hot tub was hot. The pool was not cleaned or heated when we arrived like we requested which disappointed the children. The WiFi connection was poor which was a bit frustrating but the movies we were streaming ran without interruption. The big garage with remote was a bonus. We would stay here again. I suggest adding some more seating to the living room since the house accommodates so many people.

Amazing experience overall. The home, hosts, and stay could not have been better.

We had a large group for a wedding and everyone had their own space. The slide was so much fun and we paid extra to heat the pool and hot tub. (totally worth it)

After our stay we accidently left some things behind and the hosts went out of their way to get it back.

If your considering booking this place. I would 100% recommend. Easy walk to the beach and a great location on the island.

Great set-up with pool, hot tub, and short walk to beach.

The condo was really nice, very clean and comfortable. The patio was nice with a great breeze and comfortable furniture. The wifi was a bit slow and streaming movies meant waiting through some buffering. Everything else was great and the basket of snacks was a really nice welcoming gift. I would definitely consider returning to this unit again. And Host and Home was responsive and easy to work with.

We stayed in this house for 7 days while we were visiting hilton head island for my brothers wedding. It was absolutely one of the best airbnb stays we have ever stayed in. from the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out it was perfect. Extremely clean and exactly what it appeared to be from the online listing. When we did run into some trouble figuring out how to connect to the WIFI, the host was there and ready to help us instantly. The beds were extremely comfortable and made for an even better vacation. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a big group looking for an amazing place to stay.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is so beautiful, looked exactly like the photos and just a walk away from the communities amenities. It had plenty of space for our party of 10 and I would definitely stay again another time!

This place was perfect for us! We could walk to Coligny Plaza and the beach easily. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved our stay.

This was a great place for Multi Family Vacation. We had two families - 9 people and the house had plenty of space for all. Multiple bedrooms and a bathroom for each bedroom made it super convenient for our group. Great kitchen and grill for cooking large meals. Plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. Kids enjoyed the pool when not at the beach and firepit was great in the evenings to sit outside after dark. The location was convenient to bike to beach and located 15-20 minutes from most restaurants on the island.
