✓  Please park in designated parking areas only.  Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
✓  This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort and a car pass is required for every vehicle. Your reservation includes 1 car pass. 
✓  Any additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed. Starting October 1st 2024, extra parking passes will be $35.00 for the week long reservations. Prices vary depending on the length of your stay. Please reach out to us for additional information.
✓  The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
✓  Dog friendly: one dog allowed, $300.00 non-refundable pet fee.
✓  Pool does not have lifeguards on duty or safety equipment, swim at your own risk.
✓  4-night minimum stay is required from 8/19/23 through 5/24/24
